I cant say how disappointed I am in the whole experience of buying this lift and having it installed. We purchased the lift through Napa and they set up the install with one of your certified installers. They showed up to install the lift a day early which messed up our schedule but we made it work. The installers did not show up until afternoon and only worked for 3 hours the first day. After the lift was installed, and this was finished after hours, they left without testing anything. The next day we went to use the lift and had a lot of issues. The lift was not raising correctly, it was binding, we noticed the left was not square and so on. We reached out to the installer and asked him to come back, after weeks of pursuing him, they finally came back to tell us that everything was just fine. We reached out to Napa and Rotary and finally got a rep from Rotary to come and inspect the lift, after spending an hour inspecting, he definitely noted there were numerous issues, Rotary reached out to another installer to come and inspect it for us, after inspection, they noted many issues with the initial install and would basically have to tear the lift down and move it and reinstall it. They scheduled a date to come back to do this, after trying to reinstall the lift, they found the left rear post to be manufactured wrong, the post was not square, a new post had to be built and shipped which put us down for over a month, once the new post came in, they showed back up to install it and found that the left front post was also not manufactured right and that would also need to be ordered. This also took another month to get done. I was without my lift and bay for 3 months because of one of your certified installers not doing there job right the first time and then the actual lift not being right. The lack of communication from Rotary has been horrible and they acted as if they did not care one bit about my issues. And then to have a certified installer that will not stand behind his service is pathetic. This will be the LAST Rotary lift I ever purchase
