Tire Changer – R146R | Swingarm Pro Tire Changer

R146R

High performance swing arm tire changer for the high volume tire center. Exclusive 110v drive motor provides needed torque for handling today’s difficult assemblies. The large and reinforced frame adds greater rigidity to the structure and chucking table. The gear box is installed between two steel plates avoiding flex during operation. The extra height of the vertical post and tool shaft allow operation on tires to a maximum 15” (381 mm) tire width.

Horrible machine. Whomever designed it where the shovel controls are on the shovel itself should be fired immediately. When the bead of the tire breaks loose and the shovel, whose controls your are grabbing, snaps back at breakneck speed, it slams into the back of your hand. I say fired, but I am mean sued. If you need to do anything lower than a 45 series sidewall, you will be disappointed as well. Too much work involved and more than one person is needed for the amount charged for mounting a low profile tire. Worst tool purchase our shop has made.
