HDI Series Inground Lifts

Rotary’s HD inground lifts come with everything needed to meet the needs of your fleet service repairs and offer an affordable and space-saving solution for shops looking to engage larger vehicles via the axles. Available in two and three-post systems for tandem axles, this heavy-duty lift series offers the adjustability needed to service a wide variety of vehicles with options to customize your lift for your exact needs.

HDI SERIES FEATURES:

Automatic Lifting Equalization – Rotary’s HDI Series physically measures, with finite reliability, the height of each saddle as the lift raises and lowers. The lift will automatically shut off once it is out of level by 3” to eliminate risk of vehicle falling, protecting the vehicle and your techs.

Patented Universal Saddles & Adapters – Rotary offers a selection of adapters and inserts that can be easily positioned to lift a variety of heavy-duty vehicles. Designed for use on front or rear post saddles, stackable adapters and height extensions pivot 360 degrees to permit maximum flexibility when cradling vehicle axles or frames.

Optional Wired Pendant Control – Give your techs complete control with greater visual position points away from the power console for lifting vehicles safely.

In-Pit Power Unit – Power units are located in the pit with the lift resulting in less obstruction in the facility. This allows for more workspace and a quieter work environment.

Concrete Vault System – Designed and installed in its own concrete vault system, the HDI Series can be used with a shop’s existing concrete vault, reducing installation cost by up to 33%* compared to traditional lift installations.
