We have placed an order of a 20k lb lift that was received 2 months later. To our surprised, we've received the lift and started to unpacking it and discovered missing parts. So, we contacted the salesman through email and telephone about it. We never heard anything back about it and send another email that we don't want the lift and need a refund. So, shop somewhere else!!!
