rotary lift registrationWe know you are a thinker, a person who researches and cares about quality. How do we know this? Well, you bought a Rotary.  Enough said. You’ve made a wise decision and a great invest for the future of your shop. Whether your lift was installed by one of our talented and factory trained RAI’s, or you’re the DIY type, get ready to start increasing that bottom line. The only thing left to do is register that bad boy with Rotary.

We understand the word register may scare some, like the conspiracy theorist or big brother is watching types. Well, not to worry, the benefits of registration are great, and we promise not to reveal the type of lift you purchased (even if we get captured and tortured).

If you need more convincing, here are the top 3 reason for registering your Rotary Lift:

1. Warranty

When you purchase a Rotary you are not just buying a quality lift, you are also buying a team of customer service representatives ready to take care of any issues. You also have an extensive warranty that, should a problem arise, is there to make it right. Registering allows our team to quickly and efficiently determine your lift type, version, as well as purchase and install dates. This allows for a quicker resolution to your issue, which means you are back up and running in no time.

2. New Accessories/Features

Rotary is committed to bringing our customers new and innovative products. We also never settle, which means we continue to improve on existing lifts – whether  by designing accessories to increase productivity or a way to operate the lift in a safer or more efficient manner. If we know what lift is in your shop, it is much easier for us to communicate that these accessories are available..

Your lift, like you, works hard and some parts are expected to wear over time. In this instance, a lift that is registered gives the exact type, model, and version of your lift. From there we quickly identify the proper OE replacement parts and get you back to optimal performance. Having a registered lift saves you and your shop time.. If you promptly register your lift, we can also aide in helping you remember scheduled maintenance and yearly inspections to keep your lift running safely and efficiently.

There are 3 easy ways to register your new Rotary:

  • Online Registration: If your lift was installed by a RAI, then our online registration is the way to go.
  • QR Code Scanning: If you have a 2-post lift and a QR scanner on your smart device, simply scan the code and you’ll be all set.
  • Warranty Card: In the information packet provided with your lift, there is a warranty activation form.

If you have any questions, be sure to let our customer service team know.
